In Solidworks, I CADed an adjustable wrench with a box wrench at the end of the handle. I mated it so that its parts interact with each other like they do in an adjustable wrench using a rack and pinion mate.
I did some FEA on the wrench to see how it would fail when applying different loads. Next steps would be to redesign the wrench in order to minimize the concentrated stresses.
